KPaarr GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED ("KPaarr Group", "we", "us" or "our") respects the privacy of people who communicate with us through our business services, including the KPaarr communications and automation systems.
Scope
This policy applies to personal data processed when you communicate with KPaarr Group through supported business communication channels. The current production integration is being built around the WhatsApp Business Platform. Other communication channels may be added later and will be brought under this policy only when they are actually enabled and the policy is updated as required.
Information we may process
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process contact identifiers such as your name, company, phone number or WhatsApp identifier; message content and replies; media or document information that you send or receive; message and delivery metadata such as timestamps, provider message identifiers, delivery/read/failure status and reply context; and internal source-system references, correlation identifiers, audit records and technical information used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use this information to deliver business communications requested or expected in the relevant business relationship; route or correlate communications with the correct KPaarr business process; provide human support where appropriate; maintain message delivery and audit history; prevent duplicate or unintended sends; protect the service from misuse; diagnose technical issues; and comply with applicable legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use service providers and infrastructure necessary to operate the communication service, including Meta/WhatsApp for WhatsApp Business Platform messaging and Google Workspace services used by KPaarr Group for server-side automation, data storage, files and operational records. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legitimate legal or security interests. We do not sell WhatsApp message data as part of this Transport service.
Sensitive information
Please do not send passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), payment-card credentials or other secrets through ordinary business chat unless KPaarr Group has specifically provided an approved secure process for that information. The Transport is not designed to request or store such secrets in its normal operation.
Retention
We retain communication and audit information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose for which it was processed, operational continuity, security, dispute handling, accounting or legal obligations. Different record types may require different retention periods. Data that is no longer required should be deleted or de-identified in accordance with applicable requirements and KPaarr Group's retention controls.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data controlled by KPaarr Group by emailing ops@kpaarrgroup.com. To help us locate the relevant records, include your name, company (if applicable), the phone or WhatsApp number used to contact us, and the approximate date or nature of the interaction. We may take reasonable steps to verify the requester before acting. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, for fraud/security prevention, or to preserve legitimate audit and dispute records.
Third-party platforms
Meta, WhatsApp and any other communication platform used to exchange messages operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A request to KPaarr Group deletes or corrects data controlled by KPaarr Group; it does not automatically delete data independently retained by a third-party platform under that platform's policies.
Security
KPaarr Group applies access controls and operational safeguards appropriate to the systems used to process business communications. Provider credentials and access tokens used by the Transport are intended to remain in secure server-side configuration rather than being exposed in customer-facing interfaces or ordinary business records.
Children
KPaarr Group's business communication services are intended for business and commercial communications and are not directed to children.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our communication channels, systems, legal obligations or data practices change. The version published on the KPaarr Group website should state its effective date and remain publicly accessible.
